With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service Management within the Transport and Logistics sector, I have developed a strong passion for delivering exceptional service. For the past five years, I have served as a Service Manager, where I focus on putting the customer at the heart of everything I do. I pride myself on being a proactive problem solver, with a keen ability to understand my customers' needs and work diligently to exceed their expectations. Collaboration is key to my approach—I work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure we not only meet our objectives but also continuously seek opportunities for improvement. At TRG, I am committed to delivering outstanding service while fostering strong relationships with our customers. Outside of work I enjoy travelling and especially enjoy planning the next trip. I love spending time with family and friends and getting everyone together.
